Go to "Programs" - click on "SysTools Outlook Contacts to Lotus Notes". Software will display following two options to convert Outlook Mailbox to Lotus Notes:
a. Convert Configured Outlook Mailboxes
b. Convert Other PST File
1) Now Click on Export Mailbox button and Open PST File Contacts which you want to convert in Lotus Notes from the available list of PST mailboxes.
2) Select appropriate Outlook Mailbox and view all the folders of selected mailbox on Mailbox Folders. Outlook Contacts to Lotus Notes software will show contacts file of Outlook. Contacts file having contacts details which marked in bold letters.
3) Select the files or folders that you want to transfer.
4) After selecting the Contacts files, click on "Start Conversion" button to start the Conversion process
5) Users are allowed to save Outlook contacts in either New NSF file or in Existing NSF file.
Software runs with Windows 98, 2000, 2003, XP, Vista, and Windows 7 and supports all versions of MS Outlook (97, 98, 2000, 2002, 2003, and 2007) & Lotus Notes Version 5.0. 6.0 6.5, 7.0 and 8.0.
