Smans server is a mobile content management system (CMS) of a Web site and a tools for development of a dynamic database-driven site. The server represents a set of Java servlets and possesses the following properties, facilitating a Web development:
1.The basic feature is opportunity to manage remotely Web-resources (database, files), to create and edit them, to carry out navigation under the catalogue, and to establish the access rights (read, write, edit, manage, admin). All this is executed from a Web browser of cellular phone, not just of PC and PDA;
2.To create a table of database, developer can content his self with design of the corresponding HTML form only, without preliminary declaration of a database. At input of record, the table will be created or corrected automatically. Fields of the table will correspond to fields of the HTML form;
3.The inquiry to a database also can be generated on the basis of HTML form. SQL knowledge is not required here again. This and previous property enables to create and edit a dynamic Web site quickly by any beginner, who is familiar only with HTML;
4.Moreover, at creation of information and referral (I&R) system, it is possible to trust completely to server and do not develop even HTML forms. In this case, server automatically generates a standard user dialogue based on a current structure and content of database;
