There are numerous ScrollBox routines available for Flash, including the built-in ScrollBox class. I wrote this class because I could not find one that allowed the user to both (i) dynamically add and delete items from within the scroll box, AND (ii) dynamically drag and re-arrange the various items within the scroll box. This class would typically be used as a "playlist" in an mp3 and/or video player, allowing the user to play, add, delete and re-arrange songs/videos. The class provides a scroll box that allows the user to: dynamically add and delete items; drag and drop items into different order (including into locations that are above and below those locations that are currently visible).
