p90x reviews can be found all over the internet, but in this one, I??™m going to use myself as the model. As some of you may know, I was a major college athlete many MANY years ago. In my best shape, I was about 260 pounds, with a body fat percentage less than 15%. Prior to my senior season, I suffered a catastrophic injury to my right knee, which effectively ended my football career.
