Maha Locia, One of the twenty eight Quan Yin's (Avalokitesvara) Dharmapala. He is actually a snake with a form of Humanbody, The King of Snake who heard Shakyamuni's teaching and realize his mistakes and become a guardian of the Dharma. He is often portrayed with his right arm holding the holy sword and the left one holding the magic rope to subdues evil spirits.
