The computer program Polygon: certificate of inspection" for automation of inspection report of immovable property - the documents necessary for the removal of state cadastral registration of buildings, premises, constructions, objects of unfinished construction with the formation of both printed documents and electronic document (XML file), zip file for sending to the cadastre office (CMO).
Automates filling in of the certificate of inspection of the immovable property: buildings, premises, unfinished construction (construction of a building or structure) in printed and/or electronic form (XML file) and create a zip archive for delivery on the removable media in the cadastre office (CMO).
The certificate of inspection is filled in on the basis of information obtained as a result of inspection of the location of the property taking into account information from the state cadastre of real estate, as well as other documents confirming the termination of existence of object of real estate.
For the formation of printed documents used the Word Office with Microsoft Office or a free program Writer (OpenOffice.org). Electronic XML-document is generated directly in the program, other programs are required.
Program files signed by reinforced qualified electronic signature (with a certificate), and also generates a ZIP archive to pass the act examination in the EYE.
